Ciacco Cujo
Early Life
Not much is said nor heard from him about his early life. Reports to go as follows as him originating from the North Blue sea, joining the Marines at the age of twenty-three.
Through the following years of rising up through the ranks of the Marines, at the age of even thirty-two he was capable of getting promoted towards Rear Admiral.
Though even a few years after that, at age thirty-six, he became a Vice Admiral amassing haki and combat prowess in those years during the starting age of "The Great Age of Pirates".
Albeit recently, during a year of becoming a Vice Admiral. Ciacco has found a Devil Fruit, Yami-Yami no Mi otherwise known as the Dark-Dark fruit but has not been eaten yet. The intentions of what Ciacco does with the fruit are currently unknown.

Characteristics
Cujo's image is full of laziness and a laid-back attitude toward events; going as a man who takes every obstacle and just simply turns it in his own favor no matter the situation. Having a style of actually being capable of being fluid with the situation, often leading others into believing that he cannot be a Vice-Admiral as he doesn't fit their "personality image".
Cujo is almost always shown to have complete laziness in battle further wishing that things would get more exciting as the battle would progress. Getting overall boredom from alternatively anything happening around him, even preferring to go into battles he knows he will suffer injuries in.
This attitude of Cujo often lapses into carelessness, having him not give regard for collateral damage acting entirely oblivious towards the destruction he causes or brings into the area with him. Went as far as shifting justice in order for him to further create more "Fun" for him, which actively goes against what other Admirals would say being irresponsible though he doesn't give the slightest care.

Ability Prowess
Ciacco Cujo is a formidable combatant, as on top of his sheer strength there goes along with his haki abilities. Allowing him to blend in well with his following ranking members. The sheer capability of significantly dropping down pirate activity in an area he has covered previously was a feat that was praised.
Evident by his strong build, Cujo possesses outstanding physical strength allowing him to leap higher than the standard human, going past two stories with a single leap. In relation to his believable strength; he is capable of standing against attacks marines wouldn't be able to shrug off. Having a large quantity of endurance and resistance, as even a haki-coaked/enhanced attack would give him a little struggle of getting back up. Being the Vice Admiral further benefits his form as he would be capable of surviving against the fearsome dangers that the Pirate Era would gift towards the struggling heroes of this world.
Weapon(s)
"Punishers". This weapon consists of a pair of gauntlets equipped with a curved, sickle-like blade on each. The blades are mounted on axles that Cujo can grip; allowing them to rotate. When not in use, Cujo keeps the blades in a holster worn around his hip.
The blades are capable of spinning around like buzzsaws or simply being used as hand scythes. Whilst spinning they create shockwaves at the speed of sound; hence causing internal damage to the opponent. These weapons can be used to block other weapons, leaving the foe open for Cujo to kick the enemy's flank or other exposed areas. This, combined with the agility + flexibility Cujo has and the notion of not being afraid to kill makes him a formidable user of "Panisshā".

Haki
Cujo knows the basics of Busoshoku having the sole capability of hardening his entire body with a striking color of black and violet tint towards it. With hardening the affected body part, he is capable of using it for solely defensive purposes but when it comes to imbuing his weapon "Punisher" with his haki it is for offensive purposes. Allowing his body to be the "Shield" whilst his weapon is the "Sword", he has some innate experience with haki itself being capable of even sensing other's haki levels just by a "feeling".
With Kenbunshoku Haki, it is confirmed Ciacco has this haki but not with much training behind it. Being capable of seeing aura's through his haki, a mental image of the colored silhouette of them with a dark background. As well as being capable of sensing Strength from other users which would allow him to detect who would be fun for him to clash with. He refuses to train this sort of haki as he doesn't want to sense the intent of users as it dismisses the fun away in the battle. As he much prefers to be caught surprised if someone is betraying him or intending to slice below his waist.
Fighting Style
Jio-Ken
Jio-Ken is a martial art style that allows the practitioner to utilize strong and speedy attacks such as fists and kicks in their old age. The user's physical body becomes so strong, that they are not affected by their physical pain. Users can also utilize qigong, the principle of cultivating and balancing one's own spiritual energy, storing up the energy and strength from their youth for future usage. Thus the sole purpose of this fighting style for Ciacco pertains to his youth even after years later of his aging. Still looking young enough to be seen as a "Dishboy" for the Marines.
Hollow-Flow
Hollow Flow is an all-around martial art that focuses on allowing the user to take full advantage of their surroundings. The user allows their body to become guided by the forces, which allows them to, almost as if in a trance-like state, to simply be pushed out of the way of incoming attacks. This makes the user somewhat like a balloon, as this also allows them to stay in the air for extended periods of time. Being separated into two parts, Grace and Disaster.
Grace
Grace is the first form, and the easiest to perform. Manipulating the fighting style for his own benefit, as he simply disobeys the instructions and created new ones. Working in his favor, the style of Grace allows him to use the surrounding force to guide him simply a breeze generated from the fist coming at him would give him enough time to fluidly move out of the way. Pushing himself out of the way of his opponent's force; the user however cannot attack in return as it'd break the flow and remove all defensive capabilities. Of course, there is the weakness of the user not being completely untouchable, as if the user gets sloppy, they will get hit. The form also has a time-limit (three turns), as even though it can be activated instantly, if left in usage for far too long the body interprets it as muscle fatigue thus causing limbs to suddenly "die".
Disaster
Disaster is the second form, focusing on offense as it allows the user to consciously guide their body along the flow/forces from the opponent. Due to its nature, it is hard to tame which can lead to insanely strong attacks at undesirable moments. The attacks can be potentially devastating that it begins to tear apart the user's muscles in the selected limb. Making intentionally hyper-strong attacks last resort, as they would give the fighter difficulty until they healed. The form aids in causing a lot of collateral damage such as using the force around them to cause a destructive punch that even picks up the winds around them.
